At 100% Pure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit 100andpure.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label (for US orders) or instructions for international returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
